OVER 7 YEARS OF experience

Our classes have been running for the last 7 years from our well established physiotherapy clinic in March and continue to grow in popularity. All of our Pilates instructors have a dual physiotherapy and pilates instructor qualification. This makes them highly specialised in Pilates instruction and injury management, which guarantees classes are taught to the highest standards.

Classes are one hour in duration and numbers are kept small to ensure individual attention. All classes are taught in mind of the participants, and are tailored to suit your needs and requirements to help you achieve your goals.

Pilates was created in the early 1900’s by a German-born Joseph Pilates, the principle incorporates forms of yoga, martial arts and variances of western exercise.


Pilates has been associated with improved posture, muscle tone and flexibility. Its low impact gentle approach suits all ages, and can be tailored to the young, old and those of all levels of fitness.
